How will my sculpture be sent?

The item will be safely packed and shipped with express delivery (2-4 business days). 

Is shipping free? 

You can get free shipping when you spend over €120. 

This applies to both national and international shipping, just use the voucher code FREESHIPPING at checkout. 

Shipping fees would be applied to orders under €120 at the time of purchase. 

When can I expect my order to be delivered?

National shipping: your sculpture will be delivered within 24-48 hours after order is placed. 

From 3 to 5 business days for international shipping. 

You will receive a parcel number in order to track the status of your order.

The sculpture I purchased is not perfect – should I expect it to be flawless?

No, handmade products may feature inconsistencies or slight flaws. 

it's the nature of handmade items to have small irregularities and imperfections, these are signs that the product wasn't mass produced.

Why is my resin sculpture not painted?

Resin scupltures are sold unpainted so that you can customise it yourself the way you like!

My sculpture is damaged, can I get a full refund?

A signature is required at the time of delivery, especially if your item is damaged. 

In order to get a full refund, we require a video at the time of unpacking the parcel clearly showing the item was already damaged. 

Please send the video to [email protected]. Failing this requirement, no refunds will be processed.
